Data protection is very important to us. In the following document we inform you what personal data we process, why we process it, for how long and what your rights are. 

Who is the administrator?

The administrator of personal data on the website neoli.org is Neoli Foundation, with registered office at Příkop 262/15, Zábrdovice (Brno-střed), 602 00 Brno, ID 22455272 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

When do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in the case of sending a contact form, subscribing to the newsletter and inserting a comment within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”). In the case of sending a contact form, we process the following personal data: 

  • E‑mail address
  • Name and Surname
  • Phone
  • Text of the message

It is necessary to process this personal data in order to create a service offer, to negotiate this offer or to respond to an enquiry made by you. Such processing is permitted by Art. 6. paragraph 1(b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of the contract negotiation, no longer than 1 year from your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing. In the case of newsletter subscriptions, we process this personal data: 

  • E‑mail address

We process this personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial communications containing new articles on our blog. We process the email for a period of 5 years. We send you commercial communications on the basis of your consent. You can easily opt out of receiving commercial communications at any time. Such processing is made possible by Art. 6. paragraph 1(a) of the Regulation. 

Who else may have access to your personal data?

The controller cooperates with other entities (processors) who may have access to your personal data. 

What are your rights?

Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

  • Request information from us about what personal data we process about you, or request a copy of that personal data,
  • Request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
  • Request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
  • Require us to delete this personal data — however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations and will only be carried out if the interests of the joint controllers do not override your privacy interests,
  • In case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection or the court.

Declaration on the use of cookies

What are cookies

Cookies are short text files created by a web server and stored on your computer via your browser. When you return to the same website at a later date, the browser sends the stored cookie back and the server retrieves all the information it has previously stored for you. Cookies are used by the vast majority of websites. 

How cookies are divided

Cookies can be divided according to who places them on your website, i.e:

  • First party cookie — these are limited to the domain of the website you are viewing. These cookies are considered more secure. 
  • Third party cookie — these are placed by a script from another domain. This allows users to be tracked across domains. They are often used to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels. 

According to their durability, cookies can be divided into:

  • Short-term (session cookies) — they are deleted from your computer when you close your browser
  • Long-term (persistent cookies) — they are retained after you close your browser, they are only deleted after a very long period of time (this depends on your browser and cookie settings). You can also delete them manually. 

The use of cookies can be categorised as follows:

  • Technical — enable basic site functions (e.g. login) or pages (e.g. play videos, share content, etc.)
  • Analytical — used to collect non-anonymous data about user behaviour. Based on this data, we can modify the website to make it easier for you to use. 
  • Remarketing — used to target ads to users who have already been to our website.
  • Conversion — with their help we can evaluate the success of campaigns.

What we use cookies for

We use the following cookies on our website:

  • Technical — first parties, short term. They ensure the basic technical functionality of the website, i.e. login, use of services, etc. 
  • Google Analytics — first party, long term. They are used to generate anonymous statistics about website usage. 
  • Google Ads Google AdWords — first party, long term, remarketing and conversion.
  • Third party, long term, remarketing and conversion.
  • Facebook Pixel — first party, long term, remarketing and conversion.
  • Our website uses retargeting technologies from the Sklik service operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. This allows us to show visitors who have already shown interest in our products our ads in the advertising network of Seznam.cz, a.s. We never place sensitive or personal data in cookies. We may place a user ID in cookies, but this does not allow third parties to identify a specific person.

DELETING

You can delete cookies in your browser — usually located in the “History” of the pages you visit.

BLOCKING

This website uses Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. Information about your use of the site, together with the contents of the cookie, will be transmitted by Google and stored on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purposes of evaluating your use of the website and compiling reports on website activity for website operators and for the provision of other services relating to website activity and internet usage in general. Google may also disclose this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if such third parties process this information for Google. Google Analytics is augmented by related advertising features provided by Google, namely: 

Google Ad Network Impression Reports,

  • remarketing (displaying ads on the content network based on product views), 
  • Enhanced demographic reports (reporting of anonymous demographic data),
  • user id — a Google Analytics feature that allows you to measure and analyse user behaviour across devices. We use a string of numbers or letters as user id’s, we never use personal information that would allow third parties to identify a specific person.

How to disable Google Analytics tracking

If you do not want to provide anonymous web usage data to Google Analytics, you can use a plugin provided by Google. Once installed in your browser and activated, no further data will be sent.
