Declaration of accessibility

Website neoli.org, (hereinafter referred to as the website) is designed with maximum emphasis on clarity, usability and accessibility of its functionality and textual content.

The website takes care of the accessibility of its content for disabled users and complies with the accessibility principles in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amending Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amending certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

The accessibility statement applies to the following websites:

Structure of information

The website is built according to the HTML5 specification and adheres to syntactic and semantic correctness. Content and form are separated by CSS. The pages are accessible even after disabling Javascript functions without loss of content and navigation information. The web can thus be used on different output devices.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and WCAG 2.1 due to inaccessible content or exceptions listed below.

Content accessibility

  • Some of the photographs in the photo galleries lack alternative text descriptions because they are illustrative photographs.

Bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially demanding for the operator in this case, so pursuant to Section 7 of Act 356/2000 Coll. as amended, this is not subsequently modified.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

  • The accessibility statement was drawn up on 1. 11. 2025

This declaration has been drawn up by an assessment carried out by a third party — the technical operator of this website (PORTA DESIGN s.r.o.).

For the preparation of the declaration, the above mentioned laws and legislative standards and the methodological instruction of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic to this Act, as well as the EN 301 549 V2 1.2 standards and internationally recognized standards Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — WCAG 2.1 were used.
